Sheep dipping c. 1940

Note sheep pinned between legs of left-most man. He and his neighbour would be bringing the sheep to the bath. The two men leaning over are dipping the sheep and then lifting them into the pen, which is raised on stones at the end furthest from the bath, so that the water and chemical dip drains back into the bath.
